Happy 2010 to all of you guys! This the first Xmas for THINGSWORTHSEEING and from here I wish you all a fantastic year.

After I posted the information about the idea of producing t-shirts I found a wicked website that is gonna allow me to offer you guys a propper collection!
I wanna thank you all for voting so quickly and I am glad that there´s quite a few of you willing to wear my artwork, wich makes me very proud.

This people produce on order, they will produce that specific thing you selected and they will post it to you. It´s easy and it will allow any of you no matter where you are to buy a t-shirt or other things that I am working on. How cool is that?!

About the designs you guys voted for I will make some when I get back to London, but this will take a bit longer.

Drawing Dreams and Alex Andreyev

Hi again! Today I received an e-mail from Drawing Dreams inviting me to participate supporting the project. Drawing Dreams is a Berkeley, California-based non profit organization that helps provide art supples to children´s hospitals, and other organiztions where need arises.

Of course my answer was yes, I will paricipate. While checking their website I found these cool works by Alex Andreyev an artist from Sant Petesrburg that participates with his work for this charity.

Brazilian Dreams of Os Gemeos

Welcome to the world of Os Gemeos!

"Brazil is famed for carrying a sense of the carnivalesque in everyday life. You can smell and taste it even if the festivities are a long way away.

The work of Os Gemeos ("The Twins") reflects this celebration as they offer audiences a vibrant taste of everyday life portrayed through a fantastic caste of characters, real and imagined.

Largely self-taught, the brothers started out by tagging the streets with the name "Os Gemeos" in their distinctive style. Later, they started to weave surreal narratives of Brazilian subconsciousness into their graffiti.

Over the years their street painting reached such high levels that officials invited them to paint Brazilian trains.

Now, they're equally at home on the street and in museum and galleries. While still tagging Os Gemeos, their work has been recognized by the Tate Modern in London, MAM in Sao Paulo, Museum Het Domein in The Netherlands and Deitch Projects in New York.
This summer Deitch Projects is showing the largest gallery exhibition of Os Gemeos to date. Called Too Far Too Close, the show fills the gallery with the dreams and fantasies of Brazil: street kids, family portraits with mermaids, bathing girls, street musicians, favelas, flying animals, clowns and the reoccurring theme of twinship.

The show invites viewers to visit the childhood of the Pandolfo brothers as well as revisit their own. "(Scribemedia Arts and Culture)

Dan Perjovschi, WHAT HAPPENED TO US?, at MoMA

"In his first solo museum show in the United States, contemporary artist Dan Perjovschi creates site-specific wall drawings at The Museum of Modern Art, New York.

Perjovschi, who lives and works in Bucharest, Romania, makes witty and incisive social and political images in response to current events. His work has been featured in Biennials from Venice to Istanbul to Moscow.

Projects 85: Dan Perjovschi, WHAT HAPPENED TO US?, is on view at The Museum of Modern Art from May 2 through August 27, 2007." (MOMA)

Roger Olmos is a great illustrator that I met in 2005 in Barcelona. We used to share a big studio in Poble Nou, Barcelona, that unfortunatly was demolished like many more big studios in the area due to an urbanistic plan that changed a whole area. Check his website and dive into his world:
